How to be more productive on Mac OS 10

We have all been there, after typing out 6 e-mails all ending with something like this “With best regards,
Brandon Anderson
brandonanderson.org
brandon@brandonanderson.org” And you think.. I should really automate this!
Well you can! Its very simple actually. Now you can do this from within Apple Mail (mail.app). Or you can use a third party application called TextExpander that will extend your productivity of typing repetitive things out site of Apple Mail.
First is the built in option of Apple Mail, called “Signatures” you can create a new signature and select the e-mail account you will be using this signature on.
Second is the application called TextExpander, developed by SmileOnMyMac Software. Using TextExpander you can add simple text commands that when TextExpander is running will, essentially expand your text to a phrase, sentence, or long document, whatever you choose. For example when I type “bwwbr” it will automatically change that text to “With best regards,
Brandon Anderson
brandonanderson.org
brandon@brandonanderson.org” Its a simple solution, to help out your productivity and make typing out long repetitive word combinations easy!
